cyan Digital Security is a leading European provider of cyber security solutions with locations all over the world. With its forward-looking portfolio, cyan offers its customers digital whitelabel products that protect their end users from cyber threats in all areas of their lives. cyan serves customers from a wide range of industries, primarily mobile operators, Internet service providers, insurance companies and financial service providers with its unique combination of application and network-based solutions. The company also equips virtual mobile operators with fully digitized software platforms.
Within the scope of several orders, dmcgroup was allowed to significantly further develop the digital appearance of cyan in order to do justice to the future-oriented performance promise of the brand. For example, the relaunch of the B2B website and the investor relations portal went online at the end of 2020.

Clear Communication
Cyan Digital Security was looking for an agency partner to develop its online marketing strategy in late 2019. To make this successful, the foundations of the brand and communication were initially sharpened. The objectives were to focus the brand and differentiate it from the competition, as well as to strengthen the company’s global positioning. Brand mission statement, communication strategy and online marketing strategy were derived. A clear vision, strong brand values and future-oriented solutions have moved to the center of communication.

Website Relaunch
In 2020, the relaunch of cyansecurity.com & ir.cyansecurity.com was implemented in a joint project team with the customer. The new website reflects the visual evolution of the brand and offers more usability for visitors as well as editors.
A revised information architecture enables the target group-specific preparation of content – organized by use cases, industries and product solutions. With the new website, cyan has all the necessary prerequisites for effective online marketing.
This created the basis on which the website can be further developed in terms of technology, design and content.
B2B Online Marketing
The website relaunch created the basis for cyan to conduct effective online marketing. Professionally planned event and branding campaigns can thus provide significant further support for publicizing and positioning cyan Digital Security as a leading seamless security provider and focus on gaining leads in selected target groups.
Media Execution
Attractive print and digital media are essential for providing customers and investors with information on products, offers, events or business figures.
In different stages of cyan Digital Security’s brand transformation process, dmcgroup supported design updates and production of printed and digital media executions: sales folder, annual report, mail and LinkedIn banners, roll-ups.
